I guess people forgot the fact about KUNTI when she said Apas mei baant lo, after Arjun took draupadi from her syambar. Draupadi later paid for it. Kunti was also the culprit, who also left off karna when he was just an infant without caring a fk .

The fact that no character in Mahabharat is sinless is an implication of the fact that slowly the Dvapara yuga was fading into Kali Yuga where we are all in shades of grey.... No doubt Mahabharat is considered the most intelligent discourse on Dharma (Righteousness) !

Many peoples are trying to justify Karna's insult to Droupadi. But for them I have an information and a question.
According to the authentic versions of Mahavarat (Geetapress, Kmg, Bori), it is not mentioned that Draupadi called a Sutaputra. The most authentic version of Mahavarat, which is written by Vedvyas, there is no mention of this event. Karna simply failed to fuulfil the condition of Draupadi Swayamvar & Draudapi never insulted him in Swayamvar or his friend Duryodhan in Indraprastha. These folk-lores added later when the Mahavarat was translated in various languages. And Tv serials made it popular.
(Please now don't say that BR Chopra Mahavarat was authentic. I think the researchers are more wise and Vedvyas's Mahavarat is more authentic than any other sources.)
But all the authentic versions mentioned that Draupadi was called "Prostitute" by Karna in Hastinapur. Even when Vikarna stood against Duryodhana, then Karna promoted Duryodhan to not to turn ears to Vikarna's words.
I think it is cleared who is the real culprit.
And the question is, if a woman become prostitute just for having more than one husbands, then what about Karna? He had also more than one wife.
