I had a white 04 550 similar to yours. It was the most powerful 7.3 I owned. It was also the last, I mean last year the 7.3 was available since they did not go to the 6.0 till 2004.5 on the 450/550 models. It rode like garbage and I only used the L gear when I wanted to waste fuel tear stuff up.
