I'm 88, can you imagine? I have lived through all of this and grateful for most moments, although there have been some I wish I could change. The emotions I have experienced are no different than everyone else. Yet today I can relate to great thoughts of love, hate, winning, and losing. Music seemed to accompany each phase so when the music is replayed it brings those feeling back with all the emotion of those moments. I see that in comments from many. What I finally realize is how short and meaningful life is. What I regret most is the respect I never really gave to those precious moments. I thank God for allowing all of that. I pray that whatever the after is that I may be given the chance to give back all those wasted moments.

Enjoy your life, my friends. Pray for those so infested with greed that they give their souls for moments that they will never have again.

Take care of your memories I guess that's the beauty and messages in this music that moves us all so much.

I was 13 in 1960, in the next 10 years, I went from being a greaser to a mop head, survived Vietnam, came home met girl on a blind date, we were married in 1970 and stayed married for 50 years. She passed 3 weeks after our 50th anniversary. Now i listen to this music with tears and great memories.

My dad LOVED listening to this music on his reel-to-reels and 33s. I still have his reel-to-reels and tapes. And even though he passed away in january 2022 at age 73, i still listen to this magnificent music. To honor his memory I played some of this music the day of his funeral at Arlington National Cemetery.

There was no shooting, hate crimes. Our lifes were carefree as we knew it to be. The music still lives on today, and will be around for a long time. We can actually understand the words. This is the music I only listen too. The kids of today will never know the fun we had in so many ways. We played outside until the street lights came on. We were not afraid.
