For small areas this is great. For 5000 square foot and under I use a Mantis with the Dethatch spindles.

Have gone wild with this multiple times and the soreness I’ve gotten and exhaustion following those days are enough to never ever want to do it again… great for very small areas but don’t plan on ever using this for more than that.

The weeds here in Ohio are back, every year I have to put down weed killer, I seeded last year as well, and this year it is worse, no grass came back just multiple weeds, what is going on, on a main road and the street crew dumps alot of salt and spray for snow, but the snow plows go up and down all night long .it's a never ending headache .

If you use humic acid on the lawn it will break down the thatch and feed the lawn.

A regular rake can do better. It's all in the angle you hold it. That is the incorrect angle, more like 10:30 11 o'clock.

First time to see this. So there’s accumulated dead grass that can’t be removed by the ordinary rake. This tool easily removes the dead grass, is this correct???
