WHO Calls For Halting Booster Jabs To Help Poorer Nations Get Vaccines; US Rejects Appeal

The World Health Organization called for halting Covid-19 vaccine booster jabs until the end of September. The WHO called for a moratorium so that at least 10% of the population of every country in the world is vaccinated. The US rejected WHO’s request to delay booster shots and called it a “false choice.” Psaki said that the US has enough supply and does not need to make a choice on whether to give booster shots or not.
