i love how he kept a straightish face so she bit into the pepper so confidently and he just waited for it to backfire on her. thats like, such a sibling thing to do.

The funny part of this is that Ro, with her crazy sense of smell, picks up on all the grossness much, MUCH faster and more powerfully than Mat does, because the sense of taste is actually primarily based on smell. Ro probably borders on being what we call a hypersensory taster, which is why she gagged on the gummy pickle when Mat was only disgusted by it. (It also explains why she couldn't make it past the witches' brews in Escape the Night. She genuinely tasted them more powerfully than anyone else there.)

The future of dipper and Mabel:
Mable has started her own little restaurant in gravity falls, but it’s a 90s roller skating bar. And it’s full of neon colours and lots of confetti. She runs it with her boyfriend and visits lazy Susan in her retirement.

Dipper has started his own paranormal show, but it includes science and a bit of math. He married his dream girl and the run the show together, along with Soss who helps with the camera work.
