eggless chocolate waffles #short

For Eggless Chocolate Waffle
1 1/2 cups plain flour (maida)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
3 tbsp cocoa powder
3/4 cup castor sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup milk
3 tbsp melted butter
2 tsp butter for greasing

For Toppings
vanilla ice cream
strawberries (optional)
chocolate chips
chocolate sauce
Method

For eggless chocolate waffle
To make eggless chocolate waffle, in a deep bowl, combine all the ingredients. Whisk well.
Pre-heat the waffle maker, grease it with little butter.
Pour approx. 1/3 cup of the batter to spread it evenly in each mould and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until it is crisp from both the sides.
Remove and allow it to cool. Repeat steps 2 and 3 to make remaining 6 waffles.
Serve eggless chocolate waffle immediately with toppings of your choice.

Grease the waffle maker properly using little butter every time you make waffle.

You can also serve this chocolate waffle with blueberries.
