This is maybe the most important video I have ever made on my channel; the story of How My Parents Became Muslim. It's one that I have been asked to make for the past 5 years, and today, Ramadan 2024, is finally the day! There is a reason the top search term for my name is "Obayd Fox Parents", people have been wanting to see this for quite a while. It's basically my dad's Islam convert story.
Me and my dad talk in detail about his journey in the UK from Christianity to converting to Islam. We talk about how he found Islam, how he dealt with it, his first time seeing and reading the Quran, and finally him accepting Islam and taking his shahada. His conversion (reverting) story really is an inspiring one, and I hope you guys enjoy it!

My grandfather migrated from Italy to Saudi Arabia and reverted to Islam there. Alhamdulilah, may he rest in peace, he now has a lineage of 5 children and 17 grandchildren who are all Muslim thanks to his decision SubhanAllah.

In my Islamic private school, on of the non-Muslim teachers took their shahada in front of the assembly and everyone was happy, all the students were screaming with happiness, saying takbeer and it was such a happy feeling, I can still feel it. Our school also gave him tons of gifts and he looked so happy, I loved it. Alhamdulilah.
