the rules are based on the name of the list not the list itself, so when i create a rule on a list and change the name of that list, the rules are disabled because it's keep the old list name so it re-works only if i change the name of the list on the rule (every time) or create a new list with the exact same name as in the rule

How do you prefixed the title with something? For instance, when a card is added to the X, cards title should be prefixed with "[Y]" ? Right now it overrides the title.
