Ukraine interest is to keep their territories and have nothing to do with Putin. There are many Americans who supports Ukraine for their fight for their territorial integrity and none interference into their politics. If Ukraine wants to join NATO, they should be able to do so. If Putin is threatened by NATO, he should not threaten NATO himself first.
