Refugees hope to find employment at Berlin job fair

0.37 in Germany there are thousands of unemployed grafic designers.
It's unfair to give them jobs first.

It takes time. Nobody finds their ideal job the first time. I know plenty of engineers, doctors and lawyers who worked in factories and even waste dumps, whilst studying at night. I remember walking into my parents' bedroom as a small kid ans seeing them with dictionaries and books they studied (they were already in their fifties). But all the hard work eventually paid off: they now own their own house, have both good jobs and contribute to the economy.

UK should do the same job fair for engineers, doctors, IT technicians, farmers, cleaners, bus drivers, civil engineers etc. with low unemployment, business is suffering to find the right skills and at low pay.

This are the People who will turn out to be a benefit for the Country so I do not worry about them, I do worry about the hundreds of thousands who Need billions in Investment just to be on the Level of native People who are hopelessly unskilled.
