Leave it to my son to find another "awesomely weird" vehicle he couldn't live without LOL !! I am very glad that I have the electric mini truck at my place here in Florida and he keeps that tuk tuk in Tel Aviv with him !! I got the better end of the deal. @Micah - be careful with that thing !! And no, your wife will not want to go RV-ing in that thing !! Love, Dad.

I wonder what it would take to add shocks to the back? There's so many different models for all the different cars, you'd just (just?) have to work out the geometry, and of course, work out the mounting. Something to consider for your free time.

That TukTuk is asking for a bigger motor. Fun looking "get-about" vehicle.

Lead acid is actually better for the environment and can be recycled as a rejuvenated battery over and over again!
You only need several deep charging cycles and a small amount of distilled water. And you can reuse the battery many times!

The rear could do with some shocks. When you have some weight in the back it will be hard to tip, could do with a bigger or more lifters. Also looks a little flimsy needs to be bolstered in a few areas.

I would put a canopy over the back that can be detached, for if I ever have people in the rear on it. I Could also see vehicles like this on Golf Courses, modified so the back seat is fixed up for golf bags especially due to the price over a modern golf cart, adding a solar panel will help ensure the vehicle will almost never need charging due to how little a golf cart is moved an most of the time sitting even for golf as a player could turn it off between shots depending on how easy the Rikshaw/Tuk-Tuk is to turn on.

I'm thinking you should build a little camper that you can put on the back and take off for when you dont need it.

You might want to contact Timbren suspension. They make assorted air bag suspension components. I've used their axeless system on 2 trailers, and their air bags/bump stops on our van and truck. Really like them, and they may have a solution for this as well.

I wonder if slipping a few rubber/plastic washers/spacers in places where metal rubs on metal would quiet down things.

As for the "EV RV" project, I would say that would attract far more attention than this so-called "mobility scooter trike" that it looks like now. But I don't live in Tel Aviv, and it always comes down to "who is wearing the badge, and sees you" that day.

So put someone in back on the bench, do 28 mph, and then slam the brakes . That roof will hit at the top of neck, base of skull, or back of head . Something to think about beforehand .

Hi - love all the funky electric vehicles you are introducing to the uneducated masses - I'm sure e all are discovering a whole new world out there. One thing I'd like to hear for the audience in the US, where and for what those vehicles could be used here in the US, other than on your own property, like your father is using the mini pick-up, Thanks.

Your reviews are great! Digging the drone footage. The RV idea is awesome. Maybe airbags shocks? You rock!

When you turn it into a flatbed, unless the sides and tailgate lock in the down position they will bounce and probably fall off.
