The little boy is called cesar. According to the press, the restraining belt of the little 6-year-old broke in a Mexican amusement park, causing him to fall 12 meters into a pool of water. He was rescued by a tourist directly from the pool. He probably suffered minor injuries and a psychological impairment.

It is now being investigated how this could have happened.

Who even thought it was a good idea to let a child cling to his leg without being attached?

The boy fell 40 feet into a lake where he was quickly saved by others. Believe this was his older brother whom couldn't hold onto him
It's possibly to survive that fall, it might hurt if you don't land feet first but he'll be ok.

He didn't fall by accident but the man just released him because he didn't react frantically. He was so relaxed the moment the boy fell.

Rewatch the video! I swear to you, it looks like that guy deliberately unlatched the kid because it REALLY looks like the guy made the child fall on purpose!! I would absolutely launch an investigation into this incident. If they happen to be related I would be sure to keep that guy VERY far away from the boy, like maybe in prison!

According to Julio Cesar Sauceda, the ordeal took place at Fundidora Park in Monterrey, Mexico, on June 25, when his 6-year-old brother was zip-lining over the artificial lake at the Amazonian Expedition section of the park.

In the video posted by Sauceda, the boy can be seen sliding across the zip line with an adult before they stopped moving near the end and the boy then suddenly plummeted.

Sauceda said his brother luckily survived after he fell into a lake and was rescued by several bystanders.

"I had not had the time to first, thank God for saving my brother from this harrowing accident caused by the bad team of both staff and the zip line, " Sauceda wrote on Facebook. "Terrible service, terrible equipment, and above all, terrible training of the staff."
