I'm glad men are fighting back against a fraudulent debt. I'm still fighting mine. They took my commercial driver's license and I lost a great job with a municipality. So that's in my lawsuit as well.

It's not "Your" License. That state Identification card in your pocket belongs to the Department of Motor Vehicles. Nobody can "suspend" or take away something that belongs to you. Therefore, it's not yours. No license given to you by the state corporation belongs to you. It's their property. Secondly, they can't suspend something that you don't have. You DO NOT need a driver's license if You're not using the roads for profit and gain.
