I like the Battlefield mod but they abruptly stopped updating back in October. Devs went silent as well. Always happens with mods I love.

valour is a very good mod. The only problem is its poor compatability to other mods

Valour Mod - The most important feature for me of this mod is the ability to pit yourself against Axis or Allies in Conquest, I haven't seen any other mod that does this.
Hotmod 1968 + Cold War Alter 1971 + West 81 for Hotmod 1968 - to get the better experience. (Add the mod Code:X if you want a modern Ukraine - Russia war experience)

Also, I have tried "W.H.U.B.U.", "Gameplay expansion of Wunderwaffe", and "M.A.C.E." but for me Gates of Steel mod is better with its simplicity and near vanilla experience bundled with difficulty spike without installing Conquest Enhanced V2. The first three I mentioned has very large tech tree like the Maus and other prototype tanks plenty of units to choose from. My comment is mainly for Conquest Mode.

Gates of Hell Ostfront is a really great game with a great modding community.
