I typically liked your videos but this one is confusing - How focusing makes the offer more competitive? All serious buyers already have strong terms in their offers, it comes down to $$$ for most cases and you have a set budget, you cannot increase it by focusing (unless you are a Jedi :) ). If they are reviewing on the same day it will split the buyers, which can be an advantage. Which one you liked more is part of the equation, but that probably attracts more competition as well, if the other one is still good enough, I'd go to 2nd best and hope for less competition.

Make multiple offers to spread a wide net. If one gets accepted, withdraw the rest before they respond. One can always withdraw an offer before seller responds -not verbal but in writing.

I still dont get how thats bad for the buyer, you say dont split your offers however, im not taking half my fha an putting down at property A an half at propery B, im making a full offer on both properties at there full price, if both get accepted there a time window for you to put in your deposits to finalize the offer, offer the best you can at both A an B an if both get accepted put the deposits down on thw one you like an let the othwr one time out on the deposit window, if you dont put in the deposit here in MI is 48 hours your offer is thrown out, idc which houses takes the offer I liked both A an B whats why I put the offer. As a buyer it makes sence to just be like I wanna buy this house this house an this house, okay put an offer in for all of them if they all get accepted just means I have a choice now, if I wait to put an offer in to property B, I might not have an option later is property A doesn't accept.
