Everything he has said is the opposite of the truth. Russia didn't try to take Kiev, they sent troops to pin down the Ukrainian forces there. If your aim was to capture it, you would need to outnumber their forces by 3 or 4 to 1 which wasn't the case but was something like 1.3 to 1. War crimes? Yes, by the nazi units on the ethnic Russians in luhansk and Donetsk for the past 8 years, not to mention also the current conflict, and regarding 2014, it was Kiev who sent in the military to use force against ethnic Russians in those areas. The Russians never mentioned occupying the whole of Ukraine and then dividing it up. Another thing is the Indian students who themselves said were ill treated.
