new york city has finally sprung and nothing beats sunny days in the city! some busy work days, being productive, getting in my runs in the evening with yon while listening to my body, plus going to some fun work events 😊

🏃🏻‍♀️🏅I am running the RBC Brooklyn Half Marathon with Team for Kids ✨ - such an important cause for me helping kids of all ages and abilities to build confidence, gain motivation, and develop healthy attitudes toward physical activity that last for life!

alia i can't tell you how much i relate to your bit about your thighs and the struggle with shorts <3 i've always had bigger, more muscled legs which i'm very grateful for because it allows me to do so much but i've always been insecure about how they look in shorts. It never felt like they were the 'right' shape or the 'right' kind of athletic xx
