Based on this video I'm assuming you are a high street agents and you have done no research?
The way you are describing 'online agents' sounds like you are talking about the like of the purple ones and similar.
You've neglected to mention the outstanding service that genuine self employed agents offer. A service that cannot be replicated by the high street and untouchable by any corporate or independent high street agency.
A good self employed agent that is powered by an umbrella company generally gives an excellent service, provides ALL of the services and functions that a high street offers without charging upfront or extra and they only take their fee on completion.
Please give genuine unbiased videos in the future as I was excited to watch the video but then it felt like I was in a time warp where the self employed online model didn't exist.
It's the way forward and taking ground fast!
