What is the maximum sniper skill level? Does it cap out at 9? 10? Or can one keep going?

Mentor no longer gives you 3 sniper levels. I was at 4 and completed mentor and i am now at level 6 and 20 points.

What bolt action did you use for sbih? I normally use the sv-98 or dvl

feedback : 5 min vid, half of it is useless boring talking with the most depressing voice (mine is still more depressed tho). THe fact that i`m writing this comment half vid in, shows how fast audience drops the attention when the caster is talking like this. (no hate, no flame, just a tip).
