In a major surprise to the Chartered
Accountants who are members of the
Institute of Chartered Accountants of
India (ICAI) the ICAI President CA.
Aniket Sunil Talati has announced
that the Chartered Accountants from
India who lives in Singapore for more
than 6 months can automatically
acquire the membership of the
Singapore Institute without an exam.
However, no official clarification or a
notification is released by the ICAI on
this matter yet. CA. Aniket Sunil Talati
