That's because you modded your noose, it crashes when the noose gets in sight in the game. Uninstall the noose and it should solve the problem.

when i try and use ELS V6 on my GTA IV, it crashes when i go into the top right area of the map with a SMPA60 error and it also does it randomly as well :/

ELS V6, 99.9999% you get crash when you hits 3 Stars or more

Doesn't work on 1.0.4.0 According to ELS support forums. So if you want ELS you must run at 1.0.7.0 but of course won't be able to use ENB
