Setup Web Server (Apache) with Raspberry Pi 4b

Use Raspberry Pi 4b 2G and Raspbian to setup a web server (Apache). We also installed php and integrated as Apache module.

Why not use RPi 3? It is only ~CA $15-20 different, and It is not only the RPi, there are other components too. RPi 4 has more CPU power, and can be used in other projects, and/or run more processes in one hardware.
