Another nice listing. Just curious, what are your thoughts on home staging? Does it make sense to have the seller remove all their personal stuff and have a professional come for staging? I see a lot of clutter on the countertops, etc. etc., so didn't know if spending a few grand to stage the house would entice more buyers.

Nice video. On a different topic, this morning's NFP report indicated no major changes from expectations. That means the mortgage interest rate recent hikes made no difference to our economy as a whole. In my view, this might imply the Fed will likely increase interest rates because the economy will handle it just fine. The question would be 50 or 75 basis points. The current rates appear to be just under 5%. With inflation in the 8s, one might conclude buying a home is a function of loan approval more than anything else. The NFP showed the average work week is around 35 hours. Yet I see help wanted signs around town.
