Russians not desperate to get to Kiev....they can be back in few hours from Belarus....Ukraine has to have at least 70 000 soldiers and artillery and tanks, armored vehicles ....to defend Kiev...those shells not used...as Russia does not fire on civilian areas even if provoked by Ukraine deliberately stationing artillery and tanks there...KIEV could have been leveled but that action not taken as it would be wrong...shows you how a professional army operates...unlike those blue armbanded neo nazi Ukrops killing anybody with a white armbands like in Bucha...where most of the dead were killed with shrapnel not bullets..Will Russia fire shells at own positions ??? The interview is showing that India Today is not reporting correctly. Liberated means it was under the Russian control before. There are mines in the area meaning they were there for a long time. Russian abandoned the area for tactical reasons. So there is no such mean fighting it was abandoned.
