This was just mentioned on the radio, so i thought i would visit it...I was 15 when this was out. I remembered every word! There was some great music around at the time. Have a big birthday coming up and I'm not looking forward to it one bit. How i miss those days, life's been quite challenging at times, and there's lots i would do differently... but i still love music, all genres of music ❤

For those that don't know, this version does not have the original lyrics as TOTP censored it, as it said permanent erection instead of reaction. Took me years to discover what the un-censored version said and now I have the record.

They performed it again on TOTP on 24th January 1980, so they managed to span two decades with this song.

I was 17 in 1979. Such a great song bringing back so many happy memories. One thing though, Jimmy needs editing out of the intro.

Remember this playing at Willenhall baths disco as a riot broke out and police and dogs joined the dance floor. Me and Shaney from Bilston continued to dance. I was 17. Happy days!
