I HIGHLY RECOMMEND armor piercing ammo. the shot to kill remains same at the advantage of being able to penetrate thicker walls.

Also, you should really run armor piercing ammo on the gun. It presents no disadvantages to the gun compared to other assault rifles since it’s the same shot to kill at all ranges.

My setup thats been doing me really well at all ranges is

Optic: Kobra Red dot
Barrel: ARS supressor
Underbarrel: Angled Grip
Other: Blue laser
Ammo: 9x19mm Conversion

This build is really good for CQC, and can be great for range given that it has no recoil. Also i find that the 9x19mm conversion has a slightly reduced ttk than default despite having lower damage due to the fire rate

best setup for overall recoil is ars and angled. and of course ap is super strong on it

scar-l can be run on whatever map and the four shot at any range isn't a big downside

I use hollow point because it 3 shots from close ranges and the damage remains almost the same from further range

I used scar-l for over 17K kills.
try : delta sight, muzzle break, sideways grip, tri laser, armor piercing. for some reason the delta sight works really well on the scar-l

Damn- im like LLENN with p90 :DD i run around and no one can snipe me cuz of movements but after the update- movements has been decreased and i can be killed by shotgun runners or just assualt rifles

I do not use the SCAR-L cause i play fortnite, it was because i play Left 4 Dead 2

This is my favorite gun to use in this game because the recoil is insanely low, rewarding string raw aim, and it has consistent damage at range. As someone who plays Val competitively a lot, I dislike running around randomly, and I prefer controlling space rather than taking it spontaneously without purpose, because controlling space is easier and less risky than taking space, and it has an inherit advantage. The only disadvantage in this game of doing so is obviously the blatant peeker’s advantage, and the fact that people flank an absolute ton, and will charge you the second that you appear on radar. That’s where this gun comes in. The recoil is low enough to where you are able to run an ARS suppressor instead of a muzzle break, and still be able to very easily fight extremely long angles. With decent peeking technique, it’s an absolute menace. With that suppressor, you will be able to avoid getting charged the second you take out an enemy. That said, this gun is absolute trash if you are trying to play the game the way most players do, where they run around like crazy. A slower fire rate 4 shot kill at all ranges is not the kind of gun you want to engage potentially multiple enemies with at close range. This is the perfect gun for people who like to overthink strategy in a roblox fps 😎

i agree the scar l is way too overrated. without a 3hk potential the ttk just feels like it cant compete
