Do you love exciting journeys as much as I do? A journey to outer space, to the middle of a desert or... to a deep blue hole. Those are underwater sinkholes, similar to the ones on land. They vary in size and depth, but are ecological spots with a high diversity of plants and animals. Little is known about the deep holes blues holes due to the lack of accessibility. But I invite you on an exciting adventure towards one of the deepest blue holes on our planet.

I wish more people were as interested as they are with space with our own sea. Our world has such amazing unseen things, but everyone has their eyes in the sky wanting to be the first to discover things too far for us to ever touch.

There is a glaring technical error here involving the art of deep diving. There is no such thing as a “pressure suit” that allows you to dive to a depth of 2000 feet(unless you are talking about a rigid JIM suit, essentially a mini-sub). The 400 foot dive requires an expensive certification on TRI-MIX, a helium mixture with oxygen and reduced amounts of nitrogen. The diver must carry a traverse tank to navigate sport diver depths and two tanks on his back, one a deep diving mixture and the other a decompression mixture.

Blobfish don't look like that in their natural depths. It's only when they're pulled up to the surface and die due to the lack of water pressure that they look like that. And they are native to the Australia/New Zealand area, not to the Caribbean.

How Is It That The Giant Squid, Barrel Eye Fish And Blob Fish Could Survive In A Environment With 0% Oxygen????

I’m confused. I thought nothing could live below the hydrogen sulfide ? Level. No oxygen. So how is a giant squid and barrel fish living down there?

Excellent - I really enjoyed this video. I have one question / comment. The area with little to no oxygen is just a "layer" - kinda threw me for a sec talking about nothing be able to survive then running into the squid n things!!

"You better leave exploring the caves to professionals" as if it wouldn't take a greatly experienced diver to do this descent.

But you said that at one point you don't have oxygen. How could you possible find alive creatures at the very bottom?

You forgot to mention all the trash and plastic at the bottom of the blue hole. Some people sent a mini sub drone down there and took video and there was a lot of trash.
