GotBot Counts Down: The Top 10 Primes

This time I count down the top 10 Primes in all of Transformers. Many characters are primes, from the original thirteen to matrix bearers and more! Some got by the moniker of Prime and others by Convoy. Check out who ended up where and see what you think for yourself!

Once again a fantastic countdown vid. It occurs to me that, In the Gundam franchise there was a 144 scale "centaur" mobile suit that maybe you could use ..might wanna do some online searching for that one.

Roddy, the accidental Decepticon. Somewhere, Megatron is pondering over all the times he's tried to kill Optimus on purpose and failed, while Roddy has managed to facilitate Optimus' demise on accident. 🤣

Great review, glad to see Megatron got a honorable and even Megatronus made the list in the Top 5 of all places. This was a surprising Top 10.

Convoy! I still need to get a Covenant of Primus. Part of me wants to dress up as a monk, go to an anime con, find the inevitable religious zelot protesters, and mock them with the Covenant, preaching the gospel of Primus.

Great review The only figure of Oynx Prime is the Matrix shaped Prime Master packaged with Titan Class Power of the Primes Predaking. I'm surprised that Alpha Trion only made the honorable mentions list. I'm surprised that the top 2 spots were really close, but I am NOT surprised which characters made the top 2 Primes. Keep on being amazing.

Great video. I too didn’t vote for #1, thinking everyone else would.
I was surprised how much of the voting was based on 13 Primes lore; I guess it got more popular with the POTP toys.
I watched this on my iPhone and no popup ads, however at the halfway mark it sounded like toast springing from a toaster! So something pops up, either way, lol!

Technically there is a plastic offering for Onyx Prime from the P.O.P line, but I wouldn't get too excited about that one .

I think as far as g1 continuity goes the last prime was rodimus. The rest was just supreme commander's of the earth section of space. I'm saying I think because I'm not 100% thats how it worked but I am pretty sure. Fort Max, ginrai, star sabre, and dai atlas was all just commanders and not primes. Rodimus went on to become a micromaster on a new planet with others to conserve energon consumption. I like the lore of the original 13 primes, I took a vector prime repaint and customed him up to be my prima even got him the sword with the matrix in the hilt. I got 6 stand ins at the moment.

My fav primes are Optimus, Solus, Megatronus and Onxy
