It's cool seeing all the retired players I grew up during the 2000s talking and hearing their stories.

I work as mental health practitioner and I have huge respect for Aaron talking so bravely and articulately about his experiences. People like yourself are huge role models and actively challenge the stigma round mental health and the point that anyone in society can be affected. Your humility and candour are inspiring.

Lennon is a football legend imo. Every time he got the ball on the wing for spurs, the sound of everyone’s seats going up was crazy. You always thought he was going to do something with the ball. Thanks Lennon for all the memories!

Thank you to Aaron for speaking out. He's 100% right that we need to normalise these conversations. I am so glad he got the help he needed, that he didn't give in to those dark thoughts and that he's still in this world to share his story. We need more people like him

Wow that was so touching, what a fella and absolute legend Aaron is for speaking about his journey. These ex footballer interviews are so good, what an era they all got to play in with so many great stories. Love it

What an important interview… I was gripped once he started speaking about the MH and it was so real. All the signs he so accurately articulated convinced me he knows what it really is. Felt like he sees it… more people need to have him on podcasts etc

I ‘m on my second time through this interview- mad respect bro . I went through depression and it’s hard to express the helplessness you feel . I got the 72 hour hold, the sleeping excessively all he said and now i’ve been in therapy for years. Thanks for sharing and if anyone needs help please seek it .

Huge Respect for Aaron to talk about his challenges. When you strip it back we may not support the teams he plays for, but ultimately he is human like the rest of us and goes through life's challenges like we all do. You don't appreciate life until your hear stories like this one. Wish you all the best in your future endeavours.

Aaron, even as a United fan since the late 90s, I was always impressed by your suave & style while you played for Spurs. Hearing you speak openly about the experiences you had, gives me the vibes, I could listen to this for hours. Thank you again Vibe for sharing these interviews, loved EVERY of them.

I work in mental health and have also experienced bad mental health too. I just wanted to thank you so much, Aaron Lennon. You don't realise how many people you helped with this interview. Through your bravery, you could have possibly saved some lives ❤

Ste was very reserved throughout the session...thinking his prior issues were keeping him back...was probably very good for him to listen to this. I am 60yrs old and ex-military, saw some things...more than not it was the way it affected the guys around that impacted me. Talking is the KEY>....
