The classic coin market has been on fire the past year or so and looks like there is still lots of demand even at higher prices for many better pieces. I think the classic commemoratives still are worth a look.

Really nice commemorative half dollar! I have the Missouri Centennial commemorative half dollar and it has Daniel Boone on the front! I have a video on it. I’m from Missouri so I had to have one! I love old commemorative half dollars!

I did an inflation calculation on line- 1.00 in 1935 has the buying power of almost 20.00 today...according to the calculator. Looked up the worth of your coin and you would have done tremendously well buying that for 1.50 back in 35!
