LM Elixir is absolutely goated. One of the best recent releases and defo the best LM. It is very sweet and sexy with insane performance.
Its also a better date night frag than le parfum as long as you dont overspray. Girls almost always prefer the sweetness of the vanilla and honey of Elixir over the powderiness of the iris in LP. And the slight tobacco adds a bit of sophistication and the lavender some fresh cleanliness

I think the parfum smells synethic and it gives me a headache. I asked two girls what they thought too and they agreed. The elixir on the other hand is stronger but doesn’t smell synthetic to me and lasts 12+ hours. Haven’t bought a full bottle of either but I’m leaning towards the elixir more.

imo Le Beau EDT smells better than Le Beau Parfum, but parfum is more versatile and lasts longer, which is why i think they're equal

You were dead on with the elixer. When I first bought it I loved it but I started to find myself reaching for the parfum more and more instead. I think it’s a little too sweet but if you where it once a week it’s a nice treat. Sadly like you said the elixer does get more complements just wish my nose loved it more then other people.

JPG needs to resurrect 'Fleur du Male'..otherwise known as my ALL TIME fave scent. Some scents claim to be beasts in terms of projection and performance..if so, for me then this would be 'king of the beasts'. And the compliments, OMFG...friends and randoms alike approaching and pressing their nostrils against my neck...female and male 😱. My only personal regret, while it was still common place not buying truck loads of this. Any suggestions on a close alternative, scent wise?

Yes, the original is dated. But I can tell you, the original is iconic. There are few frags that were as game changing and as popular as it was. It’s weaker now, and not as good as the others. Yet, they may never be as big of a deal
