You should train claw, finger extending and finger 'raising' side of things for over 20 minutes every day if you don't want disappointing chopstick and noodle fingers. Sliding a weight plate of 10 - 2.5 lbs across your rug for 1 minute each finger every day starting out will build things up quickly. The second month of training go for 2 minutes each finger every day, it isn't difficult, and you'll notice the appearance of your hands change by the end of that second month. Make sure to do rotations with the weight plate. Just put the end of the finger in the center and slide it forward with the back of your finger then pull it back, do diagonals of the same direction, and rotations.
If you keep adding 5 minutes each month and start adding a bit of weight (10 lbs + 2.5 lbs for instance, dropping to 10 lbs and so forth when strength temporarily starts to wane) you'll have top 0.01% impressive hands by the end of the 4th month. Changes occur pretty quickly, and it's necessary to balance out development. A lot of muscle around the wrist and forearm by the wrist are for finger extension so overall it will be visually impressive while your finger strength will climb without deforming yourself.
I did a month of daily grip training in November when you made this video; including lots of weight plate sliding, then reduced it to a small set of forearm exercises using a hammer as I trained other things the following months. My hands became a bit meatier in that month, and I've begun to add in other grip work again. I do claw grip training with 5 lbs each hand for about 1.5 hours and finger plate slides (finger raise and rotations) along with the few minutes of hammer work, all daily. I'm sure in the next 2 months things will change quite a bit, visually and functionally.
Those are duct taped ankle weights right? I hope you use them often.

I really like this style of training. I've never seen influencers talk about it, yet it has clearly worked quite well for you
