A scatpack is an RT with the 6.4 engine from an SRT and some other features. The SRT has the suspension upgrades and performance pages. The SRT does not have the forged internals and power accommodations that the hellcat has.

The srt 392 came with adjustable suspension, the thicker set sterring wheel, track mode, eco mode, srt leather seats (or Alcantara as an option) 6 piston front brembo brakes, srt badging, body colored rear spoiler, srt styled wheels, the srt logo on the key fobs, and the srt gauges fromt and back. Thats basically it

This is some history and can be googled

"Interestingly, the first SRT car to wear the SRT badge wasn't a muscle car and didn't have an impressively large engine. The Dodge Neon SRT-4 was introduced in 2003 and had a turbocharged V-4 engine. The SVE team had heavily enhanced an earlier Dodge Neon, including modifying the chassis. The Dodge Neon SRT-4 was popular among motorsports enthusiasts, dominating its class and capturing the world speed record for V-4 cars in 2006. This car truly earned the Street and Racing Technology moniker.

Scats have a long lineage that can be traced back to 68'. I make sure people understand that I love my Scat WB badge; I ordered and paid for it.

I have a 2020 widebody scatpack challenger. I actually down graded from my 2017 rhino gray hellcat challenger being I never got to fully appreciate the power, my Blacked out widebody is waayy sexier!

How did the ScatPack end production in 2018 when I have a 2019 ScatPack?

As an OG 2016 SRT 392 owner, it is basically a fully loaded scatpack with SRT package upgrades like SRT steering wheel, HELLCAT RIMS & body minus the fender badges, leather interior, & something with the drivetrain... SRT392 6.4 drives a little different than the scatpack. Its like a 2016 hellcat without the 6.2 hellcat motor & fender tailgate badges.

I would still want a SRT badge at the end of the day

The srt 392 is the successor to the srt8. The scat pack pays homage to the 1960 & 1970 R/T mopars.

It's not basically a Hellcat without the Hellcat engine, that is because a Hellcat has a beefed up transmission and some other beefed up parts that the 392 don't got.

Only difference is insurance. We pay more for our SRT392 than people with a scatpack 💯

The difference is how much money you have in your pockets or how much you can loan. And whateever the dealership can give you a loan for that day.

Nothing like the full Laguna leather they offered in the SRT, the king of naturally aspirated daily chargers

I'm so glad I bought my '18 Challenger Scat Pack brand new for $36k! These newer ones are ridiculously expensive?!

The Scat pack is so cool and to top it off it's all most as fast as a Kia.

This is all true. The reason for the change was FCA ( at that time), dropped the SRT label from everything except the Hellcats. So, all 392 Charger and Challenger became Scat Pack.
