I was introduced to Keith greens Music in 1982 as a new believer aged 20 in the UK. Due largely to Keith's song, Jesus commands us to go, I was called to the Philippines as a full time missionary where I have been for the past 28 years. He inspires in me so much love and gratitude to the one who bled and died for me that even today, July 2020 I feel tears well up when I hear his music.

When I got born again in 1997 I was introduced to Keith and was blown away since I liked heavy-metal in the world. When me and my wife got married 20 years ago this song was the song we played when we took our communion. So powerful. I Cannot wait to see Jesus in heaven and worship God with Keith and everyone ❤️

Your grace abounds to me.… I immediately found the song on YouTube and clicked on the first one and it was Keith Green's song I could feel the anointing and I thought how BEAUTIFUL!! So after work I played on the way home and shared with my husband and I have been searching more about him discovering his and his wife Jewish blood ! I have been blessed to have been led to your music for a reason! So sad to know the tragedy! May the Lord continue bless you Melody and your children and the Legacy your husband left behind!! May we pick up our CROSS and follow like he did and Lord give us compassion for the lost !!! ❤ May the HOLY SPIRIT consume us as He did Keith !! I had the honor and privilege of knowing Keith when I was a child, as he and Melody were close family friends. (Melody still is, in fact!) My dad even delivered a couple of his kids! I don't remember too much -- I was only four when he died -- but I remember making trips out to Garden Valley in Texas and hanging with the Last Days Ministries crowd. My parents even contemplated moving us out there so they could become more involved. I remember Keith's smile, his laugh, his passion, his fire, and his ecstatic love for Christ. I even remember Josiah and Bethany (I was near their ages, after all, so I played with them). ...I remember my parents crying. I remember them haltingly explaining to me and my brother (who was six) that Keith, Josiah, and Bethany were dead, along with another family and the pilot. I remember it being my first exposure to death, and feeling confused about why it had happened, why Josiah and Bethany were gone and how it wasn't fair, about how Keith was such an amazing person and it wasn't fair, about Melody and her babies (one born, one in the oven) and how her children were dead and she was so sad and it wasn't fair, about how my parents were sad and ultimately decided to stay in California because they couldn't see LDM surviving without Keith. ....I know I shouldn't make this about me. I'm sorry. Keith was a force of nature and I feel blessed to have known him -- even if the time was short.
