As a 16 year old who's been on nofap for over 3 months my best advice for other young men would be to do 2 things, 1.journal and 2.leave social media . 1. Journaling will keep you accountable and you will embarras yourself when you have to tell your journal that you relapsed. 2. Social media is just the root of 95% of urges, leaving this will severely decrease your chances of relapse

Great video Hamza, thank you

It’s a long process. Don’t beat yourself up for making slow progress. It’s progress nonetheless and everytime you work at it, you’re better than the person you were the day before

Patience is the key.
I used to weigh a 118Kgs back in june 2020 and after consistent compounding of smaller to longer workouts for atleast a year and half, I currently weigh 77.7 Kgs.
And trust me, patience helped me to get where I am today because it's only in the last couple of months that you see the results you finally wanted. It's only until you stick all the way to the end, you witness greatness.

The reason i respect and follow Hamza's advice it's because he applies it in his real life. i mean he always posts a video everyday and on the exact same time! lots of respect for you Hamza from Algeria.

My parents have been tour cycling (long trips) for the past 40 years and they often repeat this aphorism: "It's not the distance that kills, but the speed."
It applies to so many things in life, because you'll face resistance and the momentum of old habits in everything you're trying to change.

Thats very true. I went to the gym like 3 years ago, worked out for 2 hours and more everyday and at one point I stopped because it was too much work for me. Recently I realized I wanted to work out again - but Im going to start small. For the last few weeks I started going on daily 45 min walks, with the goal to hit 10k steps a day. A few days ago I started doing some 10 mins core workout after my walks. I feel so much better already, but I will never go big again and then fail shortly after. Nice video Hamza keep it up

This is true for so many things in life! People and I myself included think that progress is linear and wonder why they don’t see progress in the first weeks or months but a lot of times you notice a significant change only after a while. That is why I adopted the mindset of not looking at the results too much but rather trying to build a habit. This applies to working out and for example making videos.

Hamza was one of the reasons why I've started to read more books. It's so ironic how I've read more these past few months compared to all other years of my life. I now enjoy it, and see the virtue in it. Thank you Hamza for helping me find the stepping stones towards my future.
(BTW today I finished a book about greek heroes. Really inspirational stuff.)

Haven’t worked out in a week and was avoiding to watch this video as it would’ve made me feel bad . But watched it anyways and will get back to making progress again ( did 2 km sprinting right after this vid love u hamza )

Mad progress you've made Hamza, I can already see the "milly", approaching quicker, more quicker.

Put simply: it’s a marathon, not a sprint. Get 1% better every day instead of trying to go from 0 to 100 in a week

I actually really needed this, from the start of this month i've been able to last week and it was only till now that I literally relapsed. I'm aiming for two weeks now. Thanks for the motivation Hamza
