Thank you so very much for this beautiful rendition of the third motet. This piece is so personally meaningful to me. I had a very near death experience and kept replaying this movement.... I swear it got me through a very scary 30 mins to the emergency room in complete calmness. I couldn't believe I found it on YouTube.
Well done! Replayed 4 times and I've been in tears since the first. The words are so simple and so beautiful. I sung this with a teenaged choir about 20 years ago- we had 200+ voices. The intimacy that you achieved in this venue with your amazing voices was phenomenal. Kudos to your bass II for the last note that few of us get to hear :)
