Since the moon has only 17% of the gravity on earth, you can essentially make the construction 80% weaker in the Z axis. it's the perfect place to make use of tensegrity structures or similar. You could have one leadscrew right in the middle under compression as a center pillar, and then metal cables under tension on each corner to provide stability.

I didn't see a water chiller to control water temp. This is important because if the water is not the proper temperature it will cause nutrient lock out. Also flood and drain systems need to have the water reservoir exchanged fairly often. If the plants are not using the NPK nutrients evenly then you will eventually get a saturation of one of the nutrients causing poor plant health. At least you don't have to worry about insect infestation off planet, or at least I hope you don't!
