I am the talent. I do the same. I initiate. I bring people together. Then, they solve the issue and I adjust whatever is needed for fine-tuning to launch the product. I love team-centric, servant leadership

It’s called delegating, people. It has existed in business since the beginning. And applies to well stablished businesses, not a startup up business where you need to wear all the hats. He’s talking like it’s something magical. Why is this innovative?

Seeing this attitude in a group situation (where all are equals) is one of the most irritating things I know. If you’re gonna do this, know when and where to do it please! 😂

This has some true but not 100% is called corporate America, if you don’t know what your employees are doing talking saying and battling but you will continue to collect and seat on the top cover your ears and said I’m just the talent😆
