What is Channeling and How to Do It | Downloads, Intuition, and the Higher Self

Are you ready to learn the art of channeling? Connecting to your heart, intuition, higher self, and the Universe at large is not difficult work...it is actually the inherent state of being. The tricky part can be surrendering to this state by removing all resistance toward your authentic self.

When you plug into your intuition, no hesitation is left because there was no expectation in the first place. When you use your intuitive faculties, your brain shifts from the position of a hyperactive controller to a receiver of information as you place your heart at the center seat of command through your attunement to cosmic consciousness.

The higher self is akin to the server that is in touch with the higher realms of consciousness and streams information to us whenever we request it. That request stems from the frequency of trust. If you can confide in your intuition as the portal to all the awareness that will serve your expansion and ascension of consciousness, then you will never experience doubt, struggle, overthinking, or the paralyzing state of fear when you search for external answers meanwhile overlooking the altar of truth within.

To know the power of your intuition is to know yourself and it's to know that the force of godliness lives within you, because the divine connection was construed in such a way that we're no separate from the source of all higher knowledge. To acquire that knowledge is to resonate with it by reconnecting with the frequency of soul...

I do this fairly easily when writing poetry. It just rolls off my tongue/pen. I didn’t realize that’s what I was doing until after I wondered how I was writing such good poetry so quickly in the past few years😂 I’ve written poetry my whole life, but after my spiritual awakening things shifted a lot. Good stuff. The biggest challenge for me was to distinguish between channeling my ego from my higher-self and/or guides. It’s tricky and requires a very quiet mind to “allow” the guidance to flow without thought. Late at night, if I wake up, I get my purest flow because my mind is quiet and so is the world around me. Energies are more settled. This definitely helps if you are an empathic and vulnerable to external energies in general.

watching this video and realized i have channeled once before without realizing that’s what was happening at the time. i’ve been on my spiritual journey for almost 6 months now and about a month ago i had a reunion with my twin flame. We were hanging out and smoking, i got extremely high, higher than i had ever been, it was a borderline trip. i felt like i was dreaming and like everything was deja vu over and over again. i asked him what he thought about life and then i began to talk for 2 hours about the universe and spirituality and such. in between i remember telling him multiple times, “it’s not me talking it’s my soul.” i remember getting so many downloads as well it felt like answers just dropping into my brain, it felt so unreal. looking back now it felt like everything i said is what had to be said and nothing was left unsaid at the time. that was one of the most spiritual experiences i have had yet. now realizing this i’m excited to channel in my everyday life as well!

I just started channelling consciously only recently. At the moment, it feels like I’m on Ecstasy 😅 then I’m feeling quite tired afterwards. Then I’ve been going through some stuff mentally and it feels like channelling is healing me at the moment. No messages, no info, just feeling high with no drugs. When we say higher self do we mean your 3d physical highest self or do we mean some higher consciousness external from us and guiding us but literally us in a higher realm that we are connected to 😂

I have been writing periodically since high school. It has never been something that I felt I needed to do, as in being a writer, it has always been like a surge that has suddenly been brought to my attention to be released. Many of these writings, when looked back upon, I don’t recall writing and do not believe that it came from “me”. It’s fascinating!
For the past few years this release has taken the form of what I refer to as “characters” that flow from an inner dialogue often matched with a type of “music”. When people see these “writings”, those who are familiar with the concept, refer to them as light language. I do not think of it that way myself. I am usually wary of placing titles on such things. Anyway, just thought to share that.

One other thought that occurred to me while watching this was the ratio of, when, Gabi, you are out and about, people who see you and are transfixed and stare, to those who see you and look away immediately.
