Labneh and Za’atar Scrambled Egg Sandwich
It doesn’t get any easier than this sandwich and it has all my favourite flavours. Use whatever bread or toast you like but I had this fresh Samoon bread that I wanted to use. I used fresh farm eggs and milk from @millerfamilyfarms to make the scrambled eggs. Season it how you like but I love using za’atar for simple sandwiches like this.
You’ll need:
Fresh bread, lightly toasted with olive oil
Labneh
Soft scrambled eggs
Za’atar
Tomatoes, cucumber, or whatever vegetables you prefer
Drizzle of olive oil all over
