Great recipe, if you add flax seed powder or grains and you leave it for few minutes, it acts as gluten and it reduces the chance of breaking it when flipping the baking ....

Well, my first rotli broke up as soon as I turned it... I didn't give but made the next one and while flipping it over gently I supported and it turned without breaking up....yeeee, success at last. As an Indian daughter-in- law, living in Canada, I'm expected to know how to make these desi rotlas 😅.
