Im ditching my powerful PC and opted for the M1 pro laptop. The reason is how elegantly the power is being delivered. Video editing without a space heater PC screaming at me is way better than 20% faster export time.

All “export” tests are at some point I/O-bound; thus testing the SSD and I/O components rather than CPU/GPU. That likely explains some of the wide variations in some benchmark results.

There are not many reviews about the lifespan tested in real life of those storages, and their endurance on daily usages and long term storage. Please and thank you!

I would like you to test the software from Topaz labs. They make AI photograph enhancement software for both the Mac and PC. I believe they said that the software makes use of both the neurocores and GPU on the M1 Mac which would be interesting to see.

The Resolve title sequence test was interesting. It makes me think there's a bug either on Resolve or on the GPU driver.

Mac Studio only has an HDMI 2.0 port but not a 2.1 port so it doesn't have features like VRR and 120hz thru HDMI. Have to connect it to a display with Thunderbolt to display 120hz

Super interested to see where their GPU Architecture goes, for now it seem much of the Mobile just scaled up, I'd like to see them go deeper with RT acceleration and so for the bigger "desktop" Chips.
