Tito Jackson, Jackson 5 Singer and Michael’s Brother, Dead at 70

Tito Jackson has died. He was 70. A family friend confirmed his death to ET. Tito died of an apparent heart attack on Sunday, while the music icon was driving from New Mexico to his home in Oklahoma. He's survived by three children.

Without Tito breaking that string on Joe’s guitar, there would be no Jackson 5, no Michael, No Janet. Tito was an outstanding guitar player even as a kid, and a great blues musician in his twilight years. He was a car enthusiast and loved to take apart things and build them back like an engineer. He raised his boys Taj, Taryll and TJ to be excellent gentleman when they lost their mother young. He, like his brothers, always preached peace and love and tried to bring people together. He kept working till the day he died. RIP Tito, you achieved a lot. You will always be remembered.
