Luxury drag races don’t get much better than this!

Mat’s rolled up in a Bentley Continental GT Speed convertible, and he’s set to go head-to-head over the quarter-mile against a Rolls-Royce Dawn!

So let’s see how these luxury convertibles stack up. Starting with the Bentley, it’s powered by a 6-litre twin-turbo W12 that can produce 660hp & 900Nm of torque. It’s equipped with four-wheel drive, weighs in at 2,436kg, and costs an eye-watering £234,000.

Think that’s expensive? Well, it’s still cheaper than the Rolls-Royce, which costs £300,000! However, the Dawn is down on power, with its 6.6-litre twin-turbo V12 ‘only’ able to put down 570hp & 830Nm. What’s more, it’s even heavier than the Bentley, tipping the scales at 2,560kg!

So will it be a clean sweep for the Bentley? Or could the Rolls spring a surprise? There’s only one way to find out - LET’S RACE!

Let's be honest here, The Bentley is more of a GT car and you can generally open up the taps and you will still have a massive grin on your face everytime, the Rolls Royce is more of a luxury Limo kind of car, Everytime you want a relaxed, comfortable kind of ride and to be a bit showy, is generally where the Rolls Royce does best,
