Because it is possible to land it on water, the weight limit is higher because it is classified as an amphibious ultralight.

Need to change the standard prop to the torroidal prop. A bit quieter and likely more lift. The cockpit area needs more visible area for navigation.

This aircraft appears easy to fly, so big check in that box. That only really leaves cost as the main issue here. And of course, since it qualifies as an ultralight aircraft, you're not really allowed to fly it anywhere useful when you would most need it, like from rural suburban communities into a big cities.

Flight time is pretty terrible. I’m thinking electric single prop airplane is the only viable option right now. Hopefully solid state batteries come out in the near future.
