Not neglect and reject him. After all the hardships he overcome, he became a broken person all because of one action.
That action being: Ei leaving Scara infront of the domain (Slumbering Court?? Idk). Ei knew if she left him alone, there would be consequences. But she didn't care. She knew if she left him alone the problem would grow. And that took us to Scaramouche wanting to become a god.
