Chats are the worst they spoil absolutely everything. It would be so hard as a streamer to have to decide between being able to have a good time with chat talking as you play games or turning off chat so they don’t spoil everything in every game. How many people are gonna sit and watch a stream where the streamer never answers questions or has a back and forth because they have their chat closed.

I honestly think he handled the situation very well, he's not farming W's like most of the PD has been doing recently. I do think the argument just don't look at chat is kinda going over board since that's just something no one can or should need to do. In my opinion mods should just straight up ban meta gamers in chat. Mad respect for this cop right here!

Whoever said don’t read chat is brain dead these streamers have like 40 viewers and interact with them to form good relationships for there livelihoods . Ideally mods will catch it but not every message is caught before read and every streamer accidentally reads meta there isn’t a single one on no pixel who hasn’t. All you can do is play along with it and don’t use information anyone who metas ruins fun for everyone end of story

I dont think people realise its not just ruining his surprise or fun its also cutting an option off from rp he handled it really well, but when people meta in your chat it cuts off rp that mightve happened

IF the streamer is NOT variety, just perma ban the chatter. It might seem harsh but its just a sacrifice the community needs to take. Even if the streamer does not act on the meta, it still influences the RP and ruins the surprise and natural reaction. The chatter can still watch but doesn't deserve chat privileges. The same goes for toxic chatters.

This is the thing about cop streamers, they have to deal with toxic viewers who want to see the Crim's lose and control the situations. Props to him and every other cop streamer who deals with this in the best way possible.

Edit: I've gone and followed Mexi on twitch because of this, you need to be a week long follower before you can chat. More proof that cops need respect when this is how they deal with meta

dude, i usually have no sympathy for most cop clips but i actually feel so fucking bad for this guy bro. it was gonna be such a nice surprise and group reaction and now he has to sit through there like he's surprised along with everybody else. that's like getting a movie spoiled man fuck that.
