You can uninstall it by right clicking on the app in the start menu and choose uninstall option

What about Microsoft (Windows) force installing a 'Global Planet Health Check' app? That would certainly be more important for the planet!

I have installed the newest update but I didn't get this app. Maybe cuz in gpedit I have set target version to 10 so I don't get 11 as recommendation...

I had something similar happen to me, I ran Windows update on windows 10 and was wondering why it was taking so long when it re-started it had upgraded my pc to windows 11.

I am going to 10 because Windows 11 seems to have a lot of problems with gaming

Windows 10 updates are installing new bits of code all the time. Just that this one is a bit more visible. It it doesn't affect performance I'm not too bothered. Will if come back after uninstalling?

It was actually a smart move. Most people are clueless and want to know if their PC will run Windows 11. With that program installed the answer is only a click
