this song gave me goosebumps. it is such a paradoxical situation when you think about this song: the silence in between those musical notes so tiny yet carrying such a powerful, whispered message. from the beginning it gives you that sense of departure even though the piano notes sound like standing still waiting for you to find the voice singing to your mind. it took me on the way to the ocean, then on the depths of its dark blue waters, and then it carried my thought back in the celestial light. it resonated in such a subtle and remarkable way with my longing of attaining a peaceful state of mind. this new album is an absolute form of contemplation.
